ABOUT US
EYES INC of NJ was officially established on November 1, 2020. EYES is the acronym for Empowering You to Excel and Succeed.
Before establishing EYES INC of NJ, Dr. Croix-Ronald Coppáge implemented many and various successful social service programs and projects in underserved and marginalized communities across the country for the past 25 years, under various names, including The P.A.W. Program, Safe Spaces for Women and Children, Youths Empowered to Succeed!, ARCHES, EYES Research Initiation, MUMP (mentoring program), GOLCONDA, and many others directed to the empowerment and support of marginalized communities and the most vulnerable in these communities—the children.
Our Board of Directors are comprised of educators, attorneys, accountants, business and marketing professionals, and healthcare professionals.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower and uplift disadvantaged individuals and communities across New Jersey. We focus on health, education, social welfare, and safety for youths, teens, young adults, veterans, LGBTQAI community members, and families. Through direct and trauma-informed programs, along with partnerships with community-based organizations, we provide awareness and support in areas such as veterans supportive services, youth services, healthcare (including HIV/AIDS awareness), mental health, and intervention for sexual assault and domestic violence.
Our goal is to positively impact as many lives as possible in our targeted regions, aiming to enhance their quality of life and future prospects. Our dedicated team, including qualified professionals like Nurse Practitioners, licensed clinical counselors, social workers, career counselors, case managers, and recovery specialists, delivers client-centered intervention and prevention services to address the diverse needs of our consumers.
